What You Will Be Responsible For

The Private Client Consultant is not a deal processor. You are a relationship architect, a client services professional, and a business development partner all in one. Every JV partner in your book is a Private Client who deserves world-class communication, expert deal guidance, and the feeling that Fazio is the most valuable business relationship they have. The deal flow follows naturally when the relationship is built right.

Client Relationship and Communication
  • Manage your full book of Private Clients with the standard of a world-class B2B client services professional, ensuring every partner feels supported, informed, and valued at every stage
  • Respond to all deal submissions within 24 hours with thorough written feedback covering deal viability, underwriting notes, and clear next steps
  • Deliver buyer and Dispo feedback to clients every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by default, or at the cadence they specify on their intake form
  • Maintain responsive communication across Google Chat, phone, text, and email and never leave a client without an update for more than one business day
  • During the marketing phase share buyer interest, inquiry volume, and offer activity with your client, using that feedback to coach them on next steps or whether a price reduction is needed
  • Introduce each client to their assigned TSA or TSM handling their file and to Edwin, the Lead Manager responsible for verifying and updating lead card data
  • Represent Fazio's brand with the highest level of professionalism in every client interaction as the front line of this company's reputation with the public and our partners
Deal Intake, Underwriting and Quality Control
  • Review all inbound JV deal submissions daily with diligent underwriting to confirm deal viability, verify numbers, and determine whether the deal can move forward as submitted or requires a price reduction
  • Verify all deal components are present before the deal moves forward: executed contract, any additional required documents, and property photos
  • Verify that photos are original and not pulled from MLS, past listings, or agent databases. If photos are not original, coordinate getting new photos or offer Fazio's photo service at an applicable fee
  • For land deals and select properties confirm that Google Maps screenshots are sufficient as a photo alternative and document accordingly
  • Verify property access for every deal: confirm whether the property is occupied or vacant, by whom, and how showings will be arranged and managed
  • Confirm with the JV partner whether they authorize Fazio's JV team and Transaction Success team to contact the seller directly on their behalf to reduce turnaround time and eliminate lag
  • Negotiate and document JV split agreements in alignment with the Mafia Method split structure and coordinate with ACQ on Closing Assistance when needed
Client Onboarding and Book Building
  • Guide every new Private Client through the full JV Onboarding process including completing all onboarding criteria and reviewing the Private Client Handbook together
  • Use the onboarding process to set proper expectations on timelines, deal statuses, communication standards, and Fazio's service model so every new partner knows exactly what working with us looks like
  • Collect complete client intake information including name, phone, email, birthday, office or home address for gifts and recognition, client start date, and assigned rep contact details
  • Collect the partner's business profile including the types of leads they work, their lead sources, their marketing methods such as cold calling, VAs, SMS, and door knocking, and their monthly marketing spend
  • Confirm the partner's preferred buyer and deal feedback cadence and document it in ReSimply
  • Actively build your self-generated book by identifying and pursuing new JV partnerships through networking, social media, REI events, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Introduce qualified partners to the Mafia Method program and manage your quarterly allocation responsibly
Deal Management and Internal Coordination
  • Own and maintain the JV Deal Card checklist for every active deal in your book, ensuring all required information is complete before the deal advances to the next stage
  • Keep your clients' Client Cards updated in ReSimply with any new information as it comes in, maintaining front-end data accuracy at all times
  • Coordinate with the Transaction Success team and Dispositions on every deal, communicating deal details, seller access, and any partner preferences that affect the process
  • Communicate all services Fazio provides to your clients including Closing Assistance and Transaction Coordination, framing the experience as seamless and hands-off as possible for the partner
  • Submit weekly pipeline reports to leadership covering active client deals, submission quality, and any support needs
  • Flag patterns in partner submissions that signal quality issues, market shifts, or coaching opportunities and bring them to leadership proactively

Availability and Compensation

Real estate does not always operate on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. While this role is not structured to demand evenings or weekends, there are occasions where light activity, a time-sensitive message, or a deal update may surface outside of standard hours. This is the exception, not the rule. That said, we want to understand your flexibility and your commitment to the mission.

Compensation Overview

This is a performance-based contracted role. Compensation is earned per deal closed with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities tied to volume, speed, accuracy, and the experience you create for every party involved. Private Client Consultants at Fazio typically earn between $3,000 and $7,500 per month depending on deal volume, deal size, and the quality of the partner relationships they develop. PCCs consistently building strong repeat partner books with deals averaging $15,000 or above earn well above that range. Full compensation details are shared during the interview process.
