You are the face of Fazio to every JV partner in your portfolio. You onboard them, support them, develop them, and make them feel like the most valued partner in the business. You evaluate their deals with precision, communicate with them consistently, and build the kind of long-term relationship that turns one deal into a decade of business. This is client services, acquisitions, and relationship management at the highest level simultaneously.

The Account Executive is the entry point into a clearly defined growth track at Fazio. High performers are developed toward Senior Account Executive and then VP of Acquisition Strategies. We build from within and the closers who execute with consistency and integrity here do not stay at one level for long.

Prior real estate, sales, or relationship management experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is how you communicate, how you build relationships, and how you operate under your own initiative. What we require is non-negotiable regardless of your background.
