Private Client Consultant

The Private Client Consultant is the relationship builder in Fazio's B2B Private Client department -- the team responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing joint venture wholesale partners who submit deal flow to the company.

This is not a cold-calling role. This is a relationship-first position. You identify wholesalers, investors, and deal originators who are a fit for the Fazio JV model, bring them into the partnership, and maintain those relationships over time. The deals are a byproduct of the relationship -- not the other way around.

• Identify and pursue prospective JV partners including wholesalers, investors, agents, and deal originators across target markets
• Present the Fazio JV model to qualified prospective partners and onboard new partnerships
• Manage ongoing partner relationships, deal submissions, and communication pipelines
• Coordinate with the Dispositions team on deal status updates and partner-facing communication
• Maintain complete and accurate partner records and deal notes in ReSimply CRM
• Negotiate favorable JV split terms on incoming deal submissions
